Why I Do This Work
Because I’ve been where you are.
I know what it feels like to feel exhausted, disconnected, and not recognise that person in the mirror, despite trying everything and still feeling stuck.
That’s what led me to stop just “coping” and start exploring a new way forward. I made simple lifestyle changes, retrained in health coaching and integrated this with my expertise in biomechanics, and nutrition, and now I help other women do the same, with far less confusion, and so much more support.
